Cancellation Policy

1. Payment and Booking Each booking includes one dedicated career support session. Payment is applied to the scheduled session and is final. 2. Rescheduling Life happens, and plans can change. You are welcome to reschedule up to 3 times. Rescheduling is available any time up to 12 hours before the session start. After 3 reschedules, a fresh booking and payment is required for a new time. 3. Attendance and Timing Your session begins at the booked start time. If joining later than 10 minutes after the start time, the session is considered completed. When arrival is delayed, the conversation will continue until the original end time. If, for any reason, I need to adjust or move your session, you will receive an alternative time at no extra cost. 4. Focus of the Session This session is designed to give practical, personalised guidance on areas such as: job search strategy in the UK and Ireland CV and application review interview preparation salary positioning and negotiation style work visa pathway awareness and next steps The aim is to help you take clear next action in your career journey. Outcomes such as interviews, offers, sponsorship, compensation level, or hiring decisions always remain with the employer. 5. Visas, Legal, and Tax This service offers general career guidance. For formal immigration, legal, or tax advice, please consult a qualified and regulated professional in that area. You are always encouraged to confirm your final position with an appropriate adviser before making important decisions. 6. Privacy and Care Your situation, questions, and any personal details you share during the call are treated with care and discretion. Information is only shared when required by law or where there is a clear duty of care to protect someone’s safety. 7. Your Role in the Process By booking, you confirm that: the information you share is accurate to the best of your knowledge you understand this is coaching and guidance, rather than an offer of employment, recruitment placement, or guaranteed sponsorship 8. Session Materials Any notes, action plans, or templates offered in the session are created to support your personal growth and job search. These materials are for your individual use. Public sharing, resale, or use in another paid service requires written permission. 9. Agreement By booking a session, you agree to this policy, including payment terms, rescheduling limits, and attendance expectations.
